Workshop Schedule
Seven Sisters Pottery & Studio is located in the charming town of Maynooth, Ontario, behind the Wildewood Gallery. We offer pottery & art workshops to educate and inspire. Come create with us and enjoy the surrounding nature of Algonquin Park and Hastings Highlands.
Winter Workshops 2026
Your New Favourite Mug -Thursday, February 19, 6-9pm

What do you look for in a favourite mug? Bring a favourite mug to this class and we will explore what makes it special. Then, using hand building techniques - slabs and coils - you will create a new mug you can love. .
Serve It Up - Thursday, February 26, 6-9pm

Build and decorate your own serving set. Using slabs, coils and pinching from a tray and accompanying bowl - think sushi and soy sauce, olive and pits, baked brie and crackers.
Put A Lid On It - Thursday, March 5, 6-9pm

Don’t get boxed in! Your chance to create a boxed form and lid using slabs and coils. Explore textures and sculpture to add your own creative touches to the project.
Please note:
Workshops are limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
Workshops with fewer than 6 participants will be cancelled, and registrants will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a refund.

Please Note:
Open studio time is for folks with prior handbuilding experience. In other words,
you should be comfortable working independently, familiar with basic studio
etiquette, and able to create work safely—without putting yourself, others, or their
projects at risk.
-A maximum of 5 people are permitted in the studio at any one time.
-A $15 deposit is required to secure your first hour in the studio.
-Studio time is $15 per hour (the deposit is applied to this fee) and is payable by
cash or card when you leave.
-Partial hours are not prorated.
